I am not really sure how to do a blog, but I thought I would post some pictures of the kids.
Axton is learning to climb up ladders and go down slides
Allie has mastered this trick of going down the slide
Axton was a tiger for Halloween.
I don't think Allie could decide what to be for Halloween: a leopard, a ballerina, or a monkey in a tutu
Visit to the pumpkin patch. Allie loves pumpkins! Grandma had pumpkins growing and Allie loved to help water them.
Nick and I started dating, and six days later Nick convinced me to marry him. Six months later, we were married and shortly after that, we found out that we beat the 99.9% odds and found our selves pregnant! Ten months and one day after we got hitched Allie was born (June 8th)! As our Christmas gift to ourselves and to Allie, we found out on Dec. 26 that we beat the odds yet again and we expecting another child! Axton came one week early and he has completed our crazy family!!!!.....

Time for the more serious news
Hey guys!
I know that it has been a while. So I have lots to update on!
Axton is doing so darn good! He started to walk a week before he turned one! He is such a doll I love this little guy so much! He means the world to me. Axton is such a cutie, all he wants to do is smile at you and give you loves. I don't think a momma could ask for a better son than him. He Is always learning new things, and I can tell that he is in love with his big sister and his daddy and momma. I feel like he should be speaking a little bit, but still he is a blabber. I am wanting to hear Momma come from that cute mouth of his so bad! But with time, I know it will!
Allie is such a big girl! She is now speaking so much, and her hair is flippen long. She brightens my day so much! She now says I love you and it just makes my heart melt. I ALWAYS wanted a girlie girl for a daughter, and I have the best one out there! She loves having her hair done and is always in tutus and looking her best during her tea party! When we are in the car and Axton is sad, she will give him her toys that she is playing with to make him happy, or she will do funny faces to him or do anything to make that boy happy again. The two of them have the best relationship already. No one could ask for better children!
Now, time for the Nick and Victoria part. As many of you know, we are now divorced. This was such a hard decision for the two of us. Nick and I have some personal things that we are working on, but rest assure, the kids are our first and biggest commitment. We will do anything for the two of them. Allie and Axton are our worlds. Nick is an amazing man and who ever ends up with that boy will be such a lucky girl! He is the worlds best daddy and he is such a caring man. Now, back to the divorce stuff.... We are not in the game of making ANY ONE choose sides. There are no sides. We are still really good friends and we still talk and get along with each other. We hope that we will be able to keep all of the relationships we have with all of our friends. We also just want to keep our personal lives personal... meaning no asking what happened, or why are we divorced, or if we are such good friends why break up a marriage... we are not into the whole interview things. What is done is done. We are both great parents and people. We just needed to make this decision for ourselves.
Whew! That is a lot of news for one blog I think! I will be writing more often I hope! If not, see ya when I see ya!!!!
Love,
Victoria

Oh the places we go!
So, I will start off by saying this past weekend was a blast!
When it comes to traveling, we have discovered that there are at least two different ways. There is a trip and there is a vacation. We always plan for a vacation and end up on a trip.
What is the difference you ask? Simple. A vacation is a fun leisure activity that last longer than an hour. It is when you are soaking in the sun, things are going great and you have no worries on your mind. While a trip is still going to a different place and it can eventually become a leisure activity, however, you have stuff to worry about, you have things you need to take care of etc. I am convinced until Allie and Axton are older, we will be taking trips.
Let me give you a back ground on Nick and I's luck when it comes to vacations turning into trips:
Hawaii- we miss our plane, end up spending more than $200 to find a HOSTAL which is not a great place... it is a hotel room with blood stained blankets, cobwebs on the toilet paper, dust bunnies in the tub, and roommates! While we were there, I had massive asthma attacks and ended up having to spend almost $300 just on medications that would usually cost $75.
California- We were driving to California for a family trip, and we stopped at Denny's to eat dinner. We came out to find out that our keys were still in the ignition, and that costed us $50 to get a person out to fix that.
California (again)- on a separate vacation before we left, Axton was sick so I took him to the doctor and he said that I just had to watch for certain symptoms and if they occurred then I have to take him in. While we were in California, these symptoms came up. So we took Axton to the insta care and they said that only the ER took his insurance. So we go to the ER and after 5 hours the doctor just gives us Tylenol and an antibiotic. We later find out that they do not take his insurance. This week we just finished paying off the $3000 bill.
Now, lets talk about this weekend. My brother, Kenna and her husband, and Nick, the kids and I went to Bear Lake this weekend to go boating and have tons of fun! We got there and there were so many dead bugs and such all over the house. So we cleaned it up. Our house up there does not have water so what we do is fill a 500 gallon tank up with a hose from a member in the ward up there and then hook it up to the house. The boys went and filled the tank, an hour later they came home and hooked it up to the house. It is supposed to fill a tank under the house and then we would have water. This takes about an hour too. So Thomas later went outside to find that the lever was in the wrong position and that the water was all over the sand. Then next day he went and filled it up just to find out that there is something wrong with the pipes. So all weekend we did not have water.... When we went to go boating, the boys rehooked the battery and Nick and I filled the boat with $75 worth of gas. We get to the dock and the boat would not start. We had to ask everyone if they had jumping cables and if they would be willing to jump us. We were only able to get one engine of the two to start. So we were out side for four hours and never got it to work. We still had fun though!
So, now we come to Saturday night. Nick and I decided that we wanted to get to our 9:00 church so we had to stay up till 2 in the morning cleaning. We then woke up at 4:50 to caravan with Kenna and Jeff. Everything was going great until we hit Ogden. Our tire blew out! So then Jeff was helping Nick with the tire. A cop came to help us too. We got the wheel changed just to find out the spare was flat as well! So, the cop took Nick (in the cage of his car) to the gas station to fill the tire up with air. Then we got home. So we spent $75 for gas then $230 for auto related stuff!
This is how awesome we are with vacations! Who wants to come with us on our next one!
Pictures to come soon!

I do as I am told... This is Nick :D
Apparently I need to set better goals for myself and actually have them written where I can see them relatively easy...haha...Victoria is awesome for making me write out my goals for the future months. I love her so much!
Spiritual
I have been really lax lately with regards to fulfilling my commitment to the gospel, and I am sure that there are several factors that contribute. But aside from that fact, I am setting a goal to at least read my scriptures in the morning when I get up. I am hoping that it will help me become more apt to wake up in the morning for work.
I have been pretty good about getting my tithing out of my paycheck before anything, but I need to work better on the fast offering. I believe it will help to figure out some of the finances we have.
Goals: At least read 1 chapter of scripture daily.
Donate fast offerings and keep paying tithing.
Kids
It is always an exciting time when the kids come running to daddy when I get home or pick them up from daycare. I want the kids to do that forever. The hard part is getting them to want daddy anytime. They are home with mommy while I am working and have her to cuddle with and play with. I don't have the time I want to spend with them and be their daddy. I want them to be able to come to me with problems when they are older. I want them to trust me.
Goal: Spend quality time with the kids, even if it is just a half and hour or something.
Wife
I am making a self-commitment to spend some time with Victoria, whether it is a date alone or just being with her and the kids. So far, I feel like I have been doing good at taking her on dates, I just hope that my imperfections will be overlooked.
I have several ideas for our anniversary, and I even asked a month in advance for it off from work. The only downside to any of my plans is that we have school the next day, so we can't do anything long distance until two weeks later during our break.
Goal: Spend more one on one time with Victoria
School
Haha! This is a good one! I frankly have put school as a lesser priority to work and my family a-so I can provide for them, and b-so I can try to build a strong family. I only have school and work on the same day on Wednesdays and I am really beat when I get home sometimes, so I rarely study that day. Every other day, the only excuse I have for not studying is no motivation or desire or no time. Time to study is an important thing though, especially now that we have a test almost every week in Anatomy. I just hope that the final wont kick my butt in the end.
On a side note, the testing days for Anatomy got moved from Friday and Monday to Monday and Wednesday, which is really inconvenient for me since I work Wed evenings and have class until noon on Wednesday. That leaves only Monday to take the tests. Normally, Monday wouldn't be that bad, but it seems that every test from here on out is going to be on the Monday after I work a 4 day weekend, which wears me out. Proof is in my recent test score and the comments the testing center supervisor gave to me: "I am concerned about you. You've fallen asleep in two tests now. Are you getting enough sleep? We have resources to help you." Something along those lines. I understand the concern, but I have to work to pay our bills and support my family. We cannot live off government help, and I would prefer to work and build up my body to the stress that is in the months to come.
Goals: Better study habits. At least an hour every night.
Pass Anatomy.
Find a way to stay awake.
Health & Nutrition
Definitely slacking in this area of my life. I haven't been to the gym for a few weeks, and sometimes I just don't want to eat anything or eat everything. I think I just need to get my body back in balance and get my metabolism back into motion like it was in high school. I consider myself average health, slightly less healthy than I should be. However, we-meaning Victoria had the brilliant idea-to start a new carb-free meal plan. It's not hard to find food, it's the motivation to keep eating it and finding different ways to cook chicken...haha!
Goals: Stay on track with Victoria and resist the urge to unhealthy snacks.
Eat healthy, no fast food or restaurants-except special occasion)

Goals and such!
Hey guys!!!
So I have been thinking there is never really a lot to say with Nick and I each week. School is always crazy and always busy. So I am going to try something different! I recently read my good friends blog, and fell in love with an idea that she had! So, this is an idea stemmed from her.
To start off, if you have a goal and you do not write it down, then it is just a dream. Well, I am ready to make my dreams a goal and hopefully an achievement!
Health Wise: I plan on exercising 4 days a week. My schedule allows Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for sure! So, I will try to do that. When I am there I plan on spending just as much time on Cardio as I do for Resistance. I used to be good at going to the gym, but once I am there I do either cardio or resistance. So, I will be doing both each day and I will be doing a minimum of 30 min each!
Nutrition Wise: I plan on and have already started eating nothing white. Which is white flour, white starches (potato, rice, etc) and of course sugar. I also cut out Diet Coke... and I sort of am addicted to that. So that was the hardest. So, no bread, rice, pasta, potato, sugar, soda, juice... I cannot remember if I am forgetting anything else. But just healthy eating. Oh! No read meats either. I am just eating fish, chicken, and turkey.
Family Wise: I plan on playing with my kids and being active. Sometimes I catch myself just watching the kids play while I sit on the couch and play on my computer or do homework. So, for my goal, I will play with my kids and be as active as they are.
Husband Wise: I plan on dating him. We find ourselves in the same room and not talking, we sometimes just do our own thing. So my new goal is to keep active with Nick. I will talk to him and be with him when we are together.
Spiritual Wise: I have been so bad with scriptures, prayers, and even going to church. I am great with excuses, so I am not going to give any. I will have these done daily. Except going to church. I will do that weekly.
School Wise: I plan on studying harder EVERY DAY. I am okay with some of my classes, but I will say I am pretty good at procrastinating my A&P studying and then the test score shows it. I need to take my studying guides with me everywhere I go and be on top of things!
I asked Nick to do the same stuff, so he needs time to think about it. So, you should be seeing a post from him soon!

Here are some pictures that I forgot!
Allie is doing her homework... If you cannot tell, she drew a flower, doggie, and a bear
These are Allie and Axton at the lake.... Axton thought that he was supposed to eat all the sand!
Life as we know it!
I cannot believe how much things can change just in a month!
I cant really divulge too many details, but our family was having a little bit of a crisis, then all of the sudden things all started falling into place and life got SO amazing again!
Alright, so naturally we will start with Axton. He is getting so fast! He now crawls on his knees as opposed to his little army crawl. He walks around furniture by himself and he can figure out how to bypass ALL of our barricades that keep him safe. With that said, he has yet to get hurt! THANK HEAVENS! He says dada and mama, but I think that it is just him jabbering right now. He has now had his second hair cut! I thought Allie's hair grew fast, nope, I was wrong! This kid has had two haircuts in the last month alone! Now when it comes to numbers on Axton, he is 9 months old, which means that he has his appointment with the doctor. So, here are his numbers:
Age: 9 months
Weight: 19 pounds (23rd percentile)
Those are the only numbers that I can remember. I thought that he was a lot bigger than he is but in all actuality, he is on the small side! I think that this is all for him :D
Allie is now two years old, I think that I said that in my last one.... I cannot remember! So with that said, she also had a doctor appointment. So, we just had them both at the same time. :D Smart, I know! Here are her numbers that I can remember!
Age: 24 months
Weight: 24 pounds (6th percentile)
She surprised me and the doctor by showing the doctor how high she could count. Any guesses on how high? Here is what she has 1....2....3...4...6...7...8...9...10! So, she does not have 5 down, but she can get up to ten. Here are the colors that she knows:
RED
BLUE
GREEN
WHITE
YELLOW
PURPLE
BROWN
PINK
BLACK
Here are some of the words that she knows, I of course cannot write them all because she knows so many:
Mom, dad, grandma, papa, Axton, Regan, Addy, Nina (Katalina), Matt, Jen, Anna, Princesses, Punzel, horse, doggie, kitty, bear, mouse, color, pen, crayon, "don't do that", "don't want to", night night, bottle, eat, food, chocolate, banana, minion, car, chair, table, down, up, spin, "rosies", phone, toys, meat, hotdog, fire, ouchie, bandaid, juice, eggs, berries, M&Ms, drink....and much more!
That is all we can remember at the moment.
Victoria: I have just been chugging along with school. We had midterms last week and that was super hard, there was just so much studying to do, and it is hard with children our kids age. Allie is starting to learn how to entertain herself, but Axton still needs to be watched. I am loving life though! School is hard, but we are almost done with our first our of five semesters, so it seems more doable!
Nick: Still hanging in there with work AND school! He still has really good grades, and I am jealous of that. When I ask what news he wants me to share, after a while all he comes up with is that he is immuned to chicken pox.... which is what we had to be tested for this week. Ha ha! So not too much news on our side I guess. We did have a sealing of my sister during midterms, a farewell for my parents mission during midterms, and then a family reunion the week after midterms. So our life is busy but not chaotic! Which is good!

Wow, needing to catch yall up!
Hey guys!
So there is a lot to catch you up on. So lets get to it!
Axton: This little guys is crawling and pulling himself up and trying to be a big boy. This is totally throwing us off. It feels like last week he was just rolling over, and now he is pulling himself to standing position. We have to keep our eyes on him at all time.
Allie: She turns two on Saturday!!!! This seems so surreal to me because I feel like I just gave birth to her yesterday. But now I have two amazing, beautiful, perfect little children who are growing up every time I blink! So what do I have to say to new moms? DONT BLINK! With that said, she is now saying so many words! She is says sentences, and she is constantly talking! I love it! I feel like she and I can ALMOST have conversations now. I just have to remember to live in the moment.
Mommy: As for me. I have school. I try SO hard to keep on top of my grades and studying. I just have to remember that life will throw curve balls and that I just have to go with them! I know that I can do great in school. I just have to stop looking at all of the "squirrels" in my life. With that said, I deleted my Facebook account. I just get onto Facebook and then forget that I have homework. With that said, hopefully I can keep track of my blog and the maybe make this all into books to remember things that have happened. Last thing from me, I donated my hair to locks of love! I donated 10 inches and then they took off an additional two!
Daddy: Is keeping up with school and working hard. He is doing a great job being a million places at once.
There is not too much left to say! We are all super busy growing and becoming nurses! We love our lives right now and cant wait until we are nurses!
So there is a lot to catch you up on. So lets get to it!

Missed last weeks post! Ooops!
Hey guys!!!
With the kids there is not too much going on!
Axton: Got his first black eye! I am so sad about it because we never have had either of them have one. He went to bed fine, and woke up with a huge black eye! We also gave him a hair cut today :D my little stud! The picture below is his black eye.
Allie: is starting to become my little girl!!! She is so much in love with tangled and with Princess and the frog. :D HAPPY DAY! She wanted to go swimming, and I decided to get her one of those little pools, and she loves playing in the water! She should have been born a fishie!
Mommy: I am doing wonderful, I LOVE school so much! I so far have some pretty good grades! All A's at 100% and one A at 98.6%. School is fun for me and I love the students that go there. I can tell by the end of school, I will be sad to see them all go, but I will be super excited to finally be done with school and into a career.
Daddy: Nick also thinks that school is awesome, and he is keeping up well between work, school, and kids. He says he has a busy schedule that keeps him tired, but he is doing good with it all.
:D See ya next week!

Sometimes you just luck out!
Well, there has not been too much going on this week, but I will say it has been a fantastic week!!!
This week FLEW BY for me, I loved it!
Anyways, let me recap everything:
Axton: Still so flippen cute! I have been way more lenient on what foods he eats. For example, Nick was feeding him his veggies and turkey. I happened to have a chocolate snack pack handy, so I just popped it in his mouth, he stopped eating his food and only wanted his snack pack :D Then tonight I wanted to have a cookie ( we were at a family function) I took the cookie, and remembered that I was on a "lifestyle change...DIET" so instead of setting the cookie back on the tray, I just gave it to Axton who was in my arms at the moment. He likes chocolate if you were wondering. :D On a totally different note, every time he wakes up from a nap, he just sits in his room singing and smiling.... kinda ridiculously cute! He only wakes up once a night now!!!! Talk about awesomeness for the momma!
Allie: Learning how to be girlie and LOVES to watch TANGLED. :D :D :D it is about time! She is loving to help me with making food. When ever she sees me by the counter, she stops what she is doing, pushes her chair to the counter and helps, I love it and it is so worth the mess I clean up to have her spending time with me.
Mommy and Daddy: We had orientation on Friday for Ameritech and I am not sure about Nick, but I LOVED it! I have not gone to school for a while. I have been doing online classes, but it is so much more fun making fun of the teacher and having jokes with the students. :D Just kidding about making fun of the teachers. but being able to joke and such with people who are older than two years old.... pretty fun stuff!!!Nick is still loving his job and is getting used to early mornings I do believe. This Tuesday we will be starting school officially and I am so excited!
Now, on the being blessed part, or the lucking out part:
we found our day care provider on Craigslist, which every time I used that site in the past, it was a fail and turned out to be fraud. but we looked there anyway and was so excited to find Jessica. We found her on a Sunday, the following Tuesday we went out to her house with the kids, and they all hit it off really well. We were there for 2 hours and by the time we were to go home, Allie did not want to go. Friday was our tryout day or whatever and I am so happy we have her! I absolutely love her and I know that everything will always be good with her. When I got home, I was checking my email and had a typed up play by play for each individual child, including the following pictures:

Guess What!!!!!
Hey guys!!! It is time to post again!!! This week has been incredible!
Axton: is actually army crawling now!!!!! He is finding that he loves to move around from toy to toy! IT IS ABOUT TIME! Allie was walking at seven months, and he is finally getting the hang of army crawling. I LOVE IT! Also, he turned seven months this week. Axton has found his little voice and enjoys singing and screaming at any moment. He also loves to be a parrot to his daddy.... which is fun for Allie and I to watch. Daddy will make an obnoxious noise, and Axton will copy it!
Allie: is FINALLY enjoying girlie things! I always wanted a girlie girl for a daughter, and for Christmas, she got ALL boy toys and her favorite movies has been Cars and Despicable Me.... Do you see what I mean??? There is not a girlie bone in her body... or so I thought! She has discovered Tangled, and LOVES it!!!! YAY!!! She has discovered my purse and carries it every where while putting on her "pretties" which is lotion and lip gloss. On several occasions this week we have been seeing her organizing colors (we have a ton of colorful bowls and she puts all blue together, all yellow, etc) She also counts to two over and over again!
Mommy: I am LOVING this week! Last Sunday we went and hung out with my family at their condo, then Monday through Thursday flew by. Friday was Nicks day off, so I wanted to celebrate. Thurs. Evening we took the kids, some hotdogs and smore things and went to grandma and grandpa palmers house and had the fire pit going and enjoyed spending the evening with them! Friday was a blast!!! It was so pretty outside, so we cleaned the house a little and then threw the kids in the car. We went and got bread at great harvest, and smoothies at Keva Juice. We then went to the park and played for a few hours. When we were done with that we took the kids to Wheeler Farm (which is Allie's favorite place to go). We then came home and ate some food. Then threw the kids back into the car and went to the condo with my parents to swim, have hot dogs, and smores :D Saturday, I got to go back up to Midway and get my little sister ready for prom. She looked AMAZING!!!! Not because of me, but because she is so beautiful inside and out!!!

Daddy: seems to be doing so great!!! He LOVES his new job, and we know that when next friday comes, we will love it even more (first payday).
Now for the news... NO I am not pregnant, but I actually posted on the day I said I was going to post!!! Yay for achieving goals!!! See you next week!

"There can be miracles when you believe"
I know that it is still the same week, but I just feel so blessed and I could not wait to share this with all yall!!!
So, many of you guys know that I am an asthmatic. I have not always had it though. When I was 16 I got really sick and ended up with this life changing event. Ever since then, I have been on steroids that have made me gain LOTS of weight. I have not been able to run and be as energetic as I would like. Now that I have a toddler, I am not able to chase her around or play on the playground with her. I cant carry my son in his car seat because I get asthma attacks. I try to work out to lose weight, but I cant really work out that hard to see results because I get an asthma attack before I am able to see results that I would love to see!
With all that in mind, my mother told me that I should go see a pulmonologist because she wanted me to figure out my lungs before I went to school. So finally I was able to get in to see one. You need to first see a regular doctor then you need to have him write a prescription. The doctor he prescribed for me to see could not see me till yesterday (a three month wait). So yesterday I went and saw this Pulmonologist and I am so thrilled that I did!
After an hour of him asking questions, he suggested to try one thing. He then said if that does not work there is something that could work. There is a new surgery out that basically, in my opinion, cures asthma!!!!!!!
For those that dont know, you have tubes in your body called bronchial tubes. they have little smooth muscles that wrap around them. When you have an asthma attack, the smooth muscles clench around the tubes making it so one cannot breathe because air is not able to get through.
With that in mind, there is a fairly new surgery that is out and it is called thermalplasty (i think). And what this does is the doctor goes in with tools and burns the smooth muscles so that way they cannot contract making it so you cant breathe. This surgery has been studied for YEARS but has not been out to the public very long. The only hospital that offers the surgery in Utah is LDS hospital and there have only been 12 people in Utah that have gotten the surgery. But every single one of them have not had to use asthma medication and can run and do things a "normal" person can do!
I am HOPING that the doctor will decide that I am a good candidate for this surgery! I can see my life totally changing with this surgery! I will be able to play with me kids, exercise, and get healthy!!!!
That is all! I just thought I would let you guys in on my SUPER EXCITING news!
Love ya!

We are so blessed!!!
This week has been an amazing week I think!!!!
There are those times in my life when I just get into a rut and kinda turn into a robot and do things with out feeling and without thinking. And sometimes I just need a moment to realize where I am and then see where I want to be!
Last Saturday, I went to a family party and was talking with a cousin of mine, she is ALWAYS smiling and ALWAYS has only positive things to say. She is the type of person who you look at and cant help but smile because her personality is so addicting! I got to sit and talk to her for about an hour about my life, where I was, and where I wanted to be. Walking away from the conversation got me thinking "I used to be so energetic and positive like her, what happened". So I told Nick that I was going to change. I want to be able to feel things and be as excited as she was! I know that if I do this, then I will see in me the change and the person that I want to be!
We went down to my parents house Sunday and spent the day having fun and playing with my siblings! They are so fun to be around, We are all so crazy when we get together. They are all moving to NYC for a few months and then moving to Hawaii for a year, so I wont get to see them for about a year and a half, and I KNOW that is going to be super hard! Thank goodness for Skype!
Anyways, here is an update on our family
AXTON is doing so good! He is smiling more and sitting up longer, and when Allie comes by and shoves him over he is learning to just smile at her. He is still teething, but the pain is wearing off I think!
ALLIE is so dang cute!!! She loves making animal noises and is doing them constantly! She is going to the potty in her chair more often, so I feel like she will be learning soon! She is just the smartest girl I know!!!!
Mom is doing great! I play with the kids during the day and now that I try to stay positive, I have found that I have more energy!!! I am excited to start school, and yes!!! That means we found a baby sitter for half the price that we were going to pay a person in the first place, we are so blessed to stumble upon her! My mom looked on Craigslist for a sitter, and emailed me the link, I read it and liked what I read, so I called and made an appointment and went out today, she is AMAZING and her little girls LOVE Allie and Allie loves playing with them!
Dad is doing great!!! He got a job as a CNA at a rehab place and no longer works at the DI!!!!!! This is the biggest good news this week for us!!!! I am so happy because now he will be here nights with me and the kids, and we will be able to do more out doorsie things with him because he will be done by 2 each day!!!
Welp, that is all I have to say right now, thank so much for reading and following our updates!!!
Love you all!

My crazy life!
I dont know about a lot of you guys but life is nothing like I thought it would be. I thought that by now I would have my career. I thought that maybe I might be married. I knew I was going on a mission. But guess what, my life got turned up side down and fast!
I am married, which was maybe a possibility.... but two kids??? Nope was not thinking about that yet and I do not have my degree..... I did get my associates but now I am going into nursing. Which I never thought I would be doing. I wanted to teach English! ha ha!!!
So, I thought that I would do a day in the life today due to the fact that nothing big has happened this week.
I wake up at 630-700 depending on when the kids wake up.
Nick and I bring Axton in bed with us (allie joins us usually at 5 in the morning). We all cuddle for an hour while watching MARLEY AND ME.
Allie signals that she is hungry so we strap her in her chair and try to have her eat. While she is eating (aka making a mess) I feed Axton his food which is oatmeal and turkey.... which is gross!!!! but he wont eat anything else!
We play with the kids for a few more min. until Axton becomes a brat. then I feed him a ba ba and put him down for a nap. during this time, I try to get Allie to go potty and get her dressed. by then, she is tired and she goes down for a nap because she is usually super tired and bratty!!! ha ha!!!
During this time, I eat breakfast, I clean up the house and then pretend to do homework but end up on facebook.
Axton wakes up and I feed him... his usual meal and then Allie wakes up and wants "Me" (DESPICABLE ME)
We have it playing on repeat while we play and vacuum which is axtons favorite thing to watch!
We then feed Allie lunch and then Nick goes to work if he is not gone already!
Allie Axton and mommy play for the day and at two they go down for another nap. During this time, I catch up on my shows :) and I play on pinterest.
The kids wake up and We play more.
and watch DESPICABLE ME again.... for the fourth time. Allie eats her dinner while I feed axton his normal meal.
I put Axton in his jammies and feed him a ba ba and put him down for the night (715) Then Allie and I hit the showers. When we are done she gets into her robe (which is her daddy's robe) and then I brush her hair and then have her go to the potty.
She gets into her jammies and I read her princess book three times and she goes to sleep.
Then I clean the house and do my homework. By then, Nick is usually home.
This is my typical day. It is crazy and full of toddler tantrums, infant feedings, and TONS of poopy bums. But guess what? It is my life and I LOVE it. I love my two little munchkins! They keep me busy and happy!

Happy Easter!!!!
Hey guys!!!
Well, already a little behind, but no worries! It is the beginning of the week, so we will pretend that today is Sunday :D
We will start off with Axton again :D
Axton: is doing so great! He had his six month update this week. His head is really pretty small for his body. His head is in the 17th percentile. What that means for those who do not know, if you take 100 baby boys that were born the same time he was, Axton was the 17th smallest. His length was 30th and his weight was in the 67th. He has started sleeping a little bit more through the night! We started feeding him the baby jar foods and so far his favorite food would be turkey and gravy.... which is super strange to me because Allie still to this day HATES meat! This just goes to show that no child has to be alike. :D
Allie: she went pee in her potty for the first time! I know that we have such a long way to go with her potty training, especially since I have no idea what I am doing! However, we just got her pull ups, and I see it as bitter sweet. I want her to learn how to pull her pants up and down, so I think the way to do it is with pull-ups, but she will not realize that she has different pants either than her diaper. if that makes sense! Mommies and daddies out there who know what to do let me know!
Mommy: I am doing amazing!!! I had a fun weekend with my mom, sisters, and sisters in law. We had Easter with my family, then went to Grand America with just us girlies. We went to the Young woman's conference. It was kinda a mess to begin with! When we got there we were already late. but that was okay! Nothing kept us down! When we got into the doors, we discovered that 2 of the tickets were in a different part of the HUGE building, the two people who had them (Ana and I) did not have phones. I realized that we were going to be searching for our group for hours if we waited till after. So my sister and I get up during the last song, so we can wait by the doors for my sisters and mom to come out. Lets just say that it took 3 security guards to tell me no, one to say it is okay to go, and my sister to defy them all and have us leave anyway! After that everything went so smoothly! We got to an awesome place to eat, and then spent an hour and a half in the spa just having tons of fun with each other!!!
Daddy: he worked so much this week! He does not have the most glorious job. He works at the DI and on Saturday he was supposed to get off work at 430 and the person to take the next shift never showed, so nick had to work till 930. He also got his voucher to start his CNA test! The test is scheduled for April 9th! We are super excited to get him into a job that he loves and that he is amazing at!

A Fresh Start
Hi guys!
So, after getting jealous of all of the AMAZING blogs out there that I have read, I decided that we needed to start a clean slate and make a new blog. Not just about me and my thoughts, but of my cute little family! My goal is to write on here every week on Sunday, but we will see if I can do it! When it comes to cutesy things, I seem to forget pretty fast! Let us blame it on "pregnancy (AKA Mommy) brain!
So, whats new with us???
AXTON:
He turned six months today! He is our "Sunshine Child". Axton is ALWAYS smiling and/or laughing! He seriously is such a wonderful baby! Lately, as of the last two weeks, he has been waking up EVERY SINGLE HOUR and eats five ounces each time. I am thinking that this could be a few things, but I am not sure. One, he is in a BOY growths spurt. Or two, he is sick or something like that! He has his six month check up soon, and so I will find out hopefully! He was being nursed but through a series of events, stopped nursing and is going through formula WAY TOO QUICKLY! Allie at his age was drinking three ounces every four hours, so it feels to us like a HUGE change!
ALLIE:
She turns 22 months next week! I am shocked! Being a mommy seems to drag on during the day when Nick is not home, but when I look back, I see that it has zoomed! She has learned so many words now! Her most recent thing is noises that animals make. She knows Doggie- arf arf, Kitty-Meow, Monkey- Oooo Ooooo, Duckie-quack quack, and our new favorite Bunny- *Sniff Sniff*.
She has started her terrible twos a bit early, or is just being a girl and dramatic! We have so many breakdowns. At first I would get flustered, but now for some reason, I think it is so cute! She gets so sad if her baby falls on the ground or if her ba ba (bottle) is not as full as she would like. Or if I am holding Axton, she points to the swing we have and says "Ax", expecting me to put Axton in the swing and hold her regardless of what I am doing with Axton at the moment. She is in tumbling and is so amazing at it! I wish we could keep her in it, but we will see, it is kind of an expense that is a want and not a need, and while doing finances, that was one of the first things to go, but I feel like it will be put back on there soon! She will randomly to a flip while she is talking to you and it is so much fun to watch!
MOMMY:
I am doing wonderful! I start nursing school in May and I am so excited for it! My graduation due date is Dec. 2014, so it is a pretty fast thing, but it will also be super intense. My sleeping habits as of late is sleep with your eyes open and watch the children at the same time. Allie has been having TONS of night terrors and is afraid of her room but just at night. So she sleeps in our bed but I have to hold her because she still gets scared and tries to dive head first off the bed. Which means not a lot of sleep for me, plus Axton waking up so often! There is no sleep for the wicked! But Nick and I did just get back from a Tax Refund Vacation that took us to Las Vegas and Disney Land with two of our best friends! it was so much fun! AND WE GOT TO SLEEP!!!!
DADDY:
Nick is also starting nursing school with me! He just finished his CNA and is getting job interviews lined up. :D When I ask him what else, he just says "mmmm my wife is freaken sexy". Right now he is working at the DI and then my" honey dew" aka honey do list when he is home. Nick also rewarded himself for helping with the kids with THE HOBBIT movie, and because I am "so freaken sexy", I got myself LES MISERABLES :D
Well, this is our update for the week!!! Hopefully we will be back here soon!
